The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, vendors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.\nKey ResponsibilitiesLiaise with main contractors, consultants and owners on project requirements.\nHandle material submissions, design reviews and progress claims.\nPlan site installation works, worker deployment and material requisitions.\nLead, organize and motivate the site team to meet project targets.\nIdentify and manage project risks and resolve site issues.\nMonitor project costing, budgeting and resource planning.\nPrepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation.\nOversee project schedule, manpower, materials, cost and site progress.\nAttend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.\nPrepare progress reports, claims, variations and project documentation.\nEnsure works comply with project specifications, safety requirements and relevant Singapore standards.\nRequirementsDiploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection / M&E / Construction.\nExperience managing projects and site teams in Singapore.\nGood leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.\nAble to work independently and meet project deadlines.\nAutoCAD
