You bring strong curiosity and passion for solving complex problems-continuously seeking better ways to improve both security and user experience in a fast-evolving landscape.\nNATURE OF WORK\nProduct Strategy & Vision\nDefine and own the identity and access strategy across merchant segments (micro, SME, large enterprises). \nBuild and execute a roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. \nDrive key initiatives (e.g., MFA, AFASA/regulatory requirements, UAM). \nEnsure scalability from single-user to multi-role enterprise setups.\nMerchant Experience Optimization\nOwn registration, login, recovery, and account management journeys. \nDesign segment-specific experiences (simple for micro, scalable for large enterprises). \nContinuously improve flows using data and insights.\nAccess Control & Identity Lifecycle\nDefine and drive delivery of access control/UAM models.\nEnable multi-user and role-based access for micro, SMEs, and large enterprises. \nManage identity lifecycle (create, verify, update, deactivate). \nSupport flexible account structures across merchant segments.\nRegulatory Compliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and security standards. \nTranslate requirements into user-friendly journeys. \nImplement controls to prevent fraud and unauthorized access. \nSupport audits and enforce governance.\nCross-Functional Leadership & Delivery\nOwn backlog, prioritization, and delivery. \nAlign engineering, UX, risk, compliance, and business teams. \nTranslate complex requirements into clear deliverables.\nEnsure adherence to PDLC- embedding security, compliance, and governance from design through release.\nData, Analytics & Continuous Improvement\nDefine and track identity and access metrics by segment. \nIdentify friction points and improvement opportunities. \nDrive continuous optimization using data.\nDISPLAYED SKILL MASTERY\nBehavioral Skills\nMerchant-Centric Thinking -
