research, size opportunities, create commercial plans, and negotiate win-win collaborations.\nPromote high performance by meeting financial metrics and empowering cross-functional teams.\nWhat we are looking for:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Technology Management, Finance, or related fields.\nAt least 3-5 years in the FinTech industry, demonstrating success in business development, strategic partnerships, or incubation roles.\nKnowledge of financial services, FinTech trends, regulatory frameworks, and consumer behavior.\nExceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, research skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and decisions.\nStrong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and
