established procedures.\nWork closely with the sales team to ensure timely invoicing and accurate customer information.\nAnalyze customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.\nManage collection activities, including sending statements, dunning letters, and following up on overdue accounts.\nEvaluate the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers using financial data and credit reports.\nReconcile bank statements and ensure account balances are accurate.\nPerform daily collection follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.\nPrepare weekly AR Aging reports and month-end reports accurately and on time.\nConduct analysis on customer DSO performance and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.\nProactively identify and resolve potential collection issues.\nSupport AR dashboard development and validation activities.\nLiaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when necessary.\nPerform other assignments as assigned by superior.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust Have\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently.\nGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.\nGood to Have\nExperience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.\nExperience in handling full set of accounts.\nAbility to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.\nEnergetic, proactive, and motivated individual with a positive working
