Apply now by clicking the link.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProvide leadership in the conception, design, development and manufacture of cryogenic hardware.\nDesign and conduct experiments to test modifications to existing components and prototypes to increase performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.\nPartner with engineers to translate innovations into functional prototypes and production-ready products.\nWork across functional areas (cryogenic, electrical, software) to deliver fully integrated products.\nQualifications\nPhD in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.\n5-8 years designing, building, or significantly modifying dilution refrigerators.\nSelf-starter with ability to drive results independently.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
