Apply now by clicking the link. \nResponsibilities \nConfigure and optimize production lines for manufacturing of Maybell’s dilution refrigerators \nLead a team of engineers and technicians in performing hands on assembly and fabrication of complex equipment \nDevelop and improve manufacturing processes \nImplement manufacturing quality and organizational systems \nLead continuous improvement efforts \nDevelop work instructions and production documentation \nDesign manufacturing jigs and equipment to improve production quality and throughput \nCollaborate with engineering to improve system design and DFM \nBuild and manage aggressive production schedules \nRequired Qualifications \nBachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical engineering or equivalent field \n8+ years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment \n3+ years of work experience leading a manufacturing line \n3+ years of management experience \nSelf-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with ability to drive results independently and through team members \nExceptional organizational and project management skills \nExceptional hands-on assembly and fabrication skills \nExceptional leadership and communication skills \nStrong CAD & mechanical design skills \nTeam player with strong written and verbal communication skills \nStrong safety-oriented mindset \nDesired Qualifications \nExperience in any of the following areas: vacuum systems, leak checking, thermal systems, brazing, welding, valves, pumps, pneumatics \nExperience in managing quality systems \nMachine shop and fabrication skills \nBase salary: $115,000/yr -
