You’ll also experiment with original content and paid promotion to expand successful approaches.\n Job Responsibilities\nFind and select videos: Explore platform content to identify videos with strong potential for external distribution. Refine selection criteria based on performance.\n\nEdit and adapt content: Cut footage, improve pacing, add branding and calls to action, and adapt videos to each platform’s formats and audience.\n\nPrepare publication materials: Create engaging titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tracking links. Test different approaches to improve visibility and click-through rates.\n\nEnsure proper content rights: Verify and document creator consent and redistribution rights, and follow platform requirements in coordination with Legal.\n\nUpload and manage videos: Publish content on tube sites, and relevant third-party platforms. Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and keep accounts and content organized.\n\nOptimize for growth: Track views, engagement, and registrations with support from analysts.
