You will work closely with senior kitchen staff to maintain food quality, organization, and efficiency while following established food-safety and hygiene standards.\nIf you are a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual eager to develop your culinary skills and contribute to a professional kitchen team, we encourage you to apply for this position.\nJob Responsibilities\nFood Preparation & Cooking\nWash, peel, trim, and cut vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.\n\nComplete basic food-preparation tasks and cook assigned menu items according to recipes and instructions.\n\nSupport the Chef de Partie and Cook A with mise en place and service preparation.\n\nKitchen Operations & Stock Management\nKeep ingredients, utensils, and workstations ready for production.\n\nCheck ingredient freshness and report shortages, damage, or quality concerns.\n\nAssist with receiving, storage, and stock rotation.\n\nDevelop speed, accuracy, knife skills, and consistency through daily kitchen work.\n\nHygiene & Food Safety\nKeep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.\n\nFollow food-safety, allergen, hygiene, and workplace-safety procedures.\n\nFollow instructions carefully and ask for clarification when needed.\n\nRequirements\nYou will thrive if you have…\n1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen. Culinary graduates with good practical training may also be considered.\n\nAbility to work in shifts (5:00 am - 2:00pm ), (6:30 am- 2:30 pm ),(7:30am-3:30pm)\n\nBasic cooking skills, including safe knife handling, cutting techniques, weighing, portioning, and basic cooking methods.\n\nAbility to complete mise en place according to instructions, recipes, and shift requirements.\n\nAbility to follow recipes, quantities, and presentation instructions accurately.\n\nBasic practical knowledge of personal hygiene, cleaning procedures, proper food storage, and cross-contamination prevention.\n\nAbility to keep the workstation clean, organized, and ready for production.\n\nWillingness to follow instructions, accept feedback, work as part of a team, and report problems or shortages promptly.\n\nPositive attitude towards learning, developing culinary skills, taking responsibility, and maintaining reliability.\n\nCulinary studies and previous experience in a similar
