For more than 10 years, we've been growing profitable global businesses, bringing together talented professionals across technology, product, marketing, and operations.\nWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our passionate team.\nThe main purpose is to drive predictable, end-to-end Brand delivery through clear processes, transparent execution, realistic planning, and consistent ways of working across teams.\nYou will own Brand delivery, partner closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives, and connect Brand’s work with wider operations functions, including legal and finance.\nYour goal is to ensure reliable execution in managing and delivering projects.\nJob Responsibilities\nDelivery Management & Cross-Functional Coordination\nOwn and drive the end-to-end delivery of Brand initiatives, managing plans, timelines, dependencies, and blockers to ensure work progresses predictably.\n\nCoordinate delivery across teams and functions, partnering closely with Product Delivery on shared initiatives and integrating Brand’s work into wider Operations processes, including Legal and Finance.\n\nMaintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines across teams, ensuring plans and status updates remain accurate.\n\nProactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, external blockers, and delivery risks to keep initiatives on track.\n\nCapacity Planning & Operational Excellence\nDesign and implement a capacity planning framework tailored to Brand’s operating model, balancing strategic initiatives, business-as-usual activities, and support for other teams.\n\nEstablish a consistent approach to estimating, decomposing, and prioritizing work, ensuring delivery plans and commitments are realistic and aligned with available capacity.\n\nOwn and continuously improve Brand delivery processes, tools, and workflows to ensure they are clear, practical, scalable, and consistently applied.\n\nDefine and maintain delivery metrics, ensure data quality, and use insights to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and strengthen delivery predictability.\n\nDelivery Standards & Team Enablement\nEstablish clear delivery standards and drive their consistent application across Brand through Team Leads.\n\nSupport Team Leads as they progressively take greater ownership of delivery within their teams, providing guidance and reinforcing effective planning, execution, and reporting practices.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in delivery practices across Brand, ensuring teams have the processes, tools, and support needed to deliver effectively and reliably.\n\nRequirements\nYou’ll thrive here if you have\n5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or Program Management, in tech and/or cross-functional environments.\n\nExperience running delivery hands-on as a producer, not only through other people.\n\nExperience building a capacity planning approach where none existed, for a team with a mixed workload.\n\nProven experience coordinating work across multiple teams, stakeholders and functions.\n\nStrong skills in planning, dependency management, risk management and delivery predictability.\n\nEnough understanding of software delivery, the development lifecycle and delivery metrics to partner credibly with Product. Experience of brand, marketing or creative delivery is a strong advantage.\n\nAbility to drive process improvements and encourage transparency within teams.\n\nStrong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAnalytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and proactively identify gaps.\n\nReadiness to deeply understand the business, product and technical context.\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools.\n\nUpper-intermediate or higher level of English.
