In this role, you’ll own delivery processes and coordinate execution across Core (Platform), Project DevOps, Streaming, and Staff Engineers.\nYou’ll need to understand what we’re building, why it matters, and how it works - getting into technical details, understanding dependencies and trade-offs, and using that context to help teams plan and deliver.\nThis is a hands-on role. You’ll stay close to the work, follow through on dependencies and blockers, and work with Team Leads to keep execution moving. You’ll also connect technical teams with business stakeholders, translating business priorities into delivery plans and explaining technical constraints and their impact.\nResponsibilities\nEstablish practical delivery processes, help Team Leads apply them consistently, and onboard new Team Leads into agreed practices.\n\nKeep plans, timelines, delivery status, and risks current and visible to teams and stakeholders.\n\nAlign plans with available capacity, accounting for operational work and technical debt, and ensure work is sufficiently understood, decomposed, and estimated before commitments are made.\n\nWork with Engineering and Product stakeholders to resolve competing priorities and make the impact of new requests and scope changes clear.\n\nCoordinate dependencies across teams, drive resolution of blockers, and escalate with clear options and decisions needed.\n\nDrive delivery coordination for major technical initiatives, maintaining shared milestones and alignment across the teams and functions involved.\n\nDefine useful delivery metrics, ensure reliable data, and follow through on improvements.\n\nEnsure delivery tools and workflows support agreed practices.\n\nRequirements\nYou will thrive if you have:\n5+ years in Delivery, Project, or Technical Program Management within software engineering environments.\n\nExperience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams.\n\nExperience managing delivery hands-on and improving planning and execution practices.\n\nStrong skills in capacity planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery metrics.\n\nAbility to discuss architecture, technical constraints, and trade-offs and understand their impact on delivery.\n\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, including aligning technical and business stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and resolving disagreements.\n\nAn analytical mindset, ownership, and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the product and technical context.\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.\n\nUpper-intermediate or higher level of English.\n\nConditions\nWe know that great talent deserves great
