This is a strategic and hands-on role-not traditional administration-with initial responsibility for company operations, cross-functional delivery, HR / People Operations, and office administration.\nJob responsibilities\nBuild operating model, including planning cycles, management meetings, reporting and follow-up routines.\n\nTranslate company priorities into clear plans, owners, milestones, KPIs and measurable outcomes.\n\nLead Project and Cross-functional Delivery Management across Product, Engineering, Merchant Operations, Business Development, Marketing and other teams.\n\nEstablish consistent project standards and improve visibility, predictability and accountability without taking ownership away from functional leaders.\n\nLead HR / People Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning and employee processes.\n\nPartner with leadership on organisational design, decision rights, accountability and team development.\n\nDevelop operational dashboards and management reporting; identify risks, bottlenecks and resource constraints early.\n\nSimplify processes and introduce practical tools, documentation and automation without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.\n\nPartner with Finance on budgeting, resource planning, forecasting and cost optimisation.\n\nOversee office and administrative operations, suppliers, workflows and operational expenditure.\n\nAct as a trusted partner to the leadership team, resolve cross-functional issues and build a high-performing Operations function.\n\nRequirements\nYou’ll thrive here if you have\n\n7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project / Programme Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, COO Office or a related leadership role.\n\nExperience in technology, SaaS, fintech or another fast-moving environment.\n\nProven ability to build scalable processes and operating structures in a growing organisation.\n\nStrong cross-functional project and programme management experience.\n\nExperience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders.\n\nKnowledge of organisational design, performance management, workforce planning and HR / People Operations.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to turn strategic priorities into practical execution plans.\n\nHands-on, commercially aware and comfortable challenging constructively.\n\nGood judgement about when structure adds value and when it creates bureaucracy.\n\nConditions\nWe know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:\nEU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.\n\nEU passport.
