Product, Merchant Solutions, Processor Integrations, and ML teams, helping drive data-informed decisions across our payment platform.\nYou will analyze payment performance, identify trends and optimization opportunities, evaluate the impact of product initiatives, and provide recommendations that improve approval rates, payment efficiency, and merchant experience.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMonitor, analyze, and optimize payment performance across merchants, processors, payment methods, and markets.\n\nAnalyze approval rates, decline patterns, payment routing performance, retry and cascading effectiveness, 3DS performance, and transaction success.\n\nPerform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities across processors, card schemes, BINs, countries, merchants, and payment methods.\n\nMeasure the impact of new product features, processor integrations, routing changes, payment optimization initiatives, and A/B experiments.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for Product, Merchant Solutions, Executive, and other business teams.\n\nDefine, monitor, and improve key product and payment KPIs.\n\nInvestigate merchant and processor performance to identify root causes and recommend improvements.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers to support product discovery, feature prioritization, and success measurement.\n\nWork closely with Solution Engineers, Integration Analysts, and the ML Specialist to improve payment performance and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport continuous monitoring of payment performance by identifying anomalies, emerging trends, and opportunities for optimization.\n\nPresent analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, business-oriented manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nRequirementsYou’ll thrive here if you have\n4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Payments Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.\n\nAdvanced SQL skills, including complex queries and window functions.\n\nExperience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.\n\nExperience with Python (Pandas, Jupyter Notebook) for data analysis.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience working with large datasets.\n\nAbility to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or E-commerce.\n\nUnderstanding of payment processing, payment orchestration, or PSP integrations.\n\nKnowledge of payment routing, retries, cascading, and 3DS authentication.\n\nFamiliarity with payment KPIs such as approval rate, conversion rate, authorization rate, and decline analysis.\n\nUnderstanding of fraud-related metrics, chargebacks, RDR, and risk signals.\n\nExperience working with product analytics, experimentation, and feature adoption metrics.\n\nBasic
