are needed, the ability and desire to write them;\n\nDebugging, profiling, optimization of PHP/Go code - practical experience;\n\nSharding, replication - understanding the principles, pros and cons.\n\nData structures - to be able to choose the right one for solving a specific task.\n\nQualification that can be a plus:\nExperience with Elasticsearch, Redis, microservices,
