Grow your career.\nReady to take the next step in your human services career?\nWe're hiring both Program Coordinators (PCs) and Assistant Program Coordinators (APCs) to lead and support our Adult Residential Programs serving adults with Autism and developmental disabilities.\nWhether you're an experienced supervisor ready to lead your own home or someone looking to grow into a leadership role, we'd love to meet you.\nPositions are available based on your experience and qualifications.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a member of our residential leadership team, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment while ensuring quality care for the individuals we support.\nResponsibilities may include:\nLeading or supporting the day-to-day operations of an adult residential home.\nProviding direct support while coaching and mentoring Direct Support Professionals.\nCoordinating household operations including meals, shopping, recreation, appointments, and daily routines.\nEnsuring MAP compliance, documentation, and safety procedures.\nCollaborating with nursing, clinical teams, families, and program leadership.\nParticipating in on-call responsibilities.\nSupporting staff development and maintaining a positive team culture.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nQualifications include:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nValid U.S. Driver's License with at least one year of licensed driving experience.\nCrisis intervention/physical management experience preferred.\nStrong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.\nOne or more years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. (APC)\nMAP Certification. (PC)\nPrevious supervisory experience. (PC)\nTwo or more years supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. (PC)\n\nCompensation\nCompensation is based on experience, qualifications, and the position offered.\nAssistant Program Coordinator: Starting at $22/hour ($23/hour with MAP Certification)\nProgram
