Typical duties include:\nProviding technical support to areas in transition to ownership.\nAssists with coordinating efforts between Facilities Management and external participants.\nAssisting in evaluating, developing and implementing process improvement goals and objectives, as well as, monitoring progress toward achievement.\nRecognize and escalate any and all critical issues to management immediately.\nAssist with documentation of existing systems.\nInterface with building automation and electronic systems\nInterface with all components of building systems\nIs familiar with Design Guidelines, Construction Specifications, and Reference Standards.\nHas familiarity with applicable codes, standards and best practices for operation of systems\nIdentify non-standard systems and products and relay to appropriate FM groups or work units\nFamiliarity with CMMS and UCM procedures and guide revisions\nProvide updates to appropriate personnel regarding changes in equipment, sequence of operation, or accessibility.\nParticipates in the Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning process.\nParticipates in Operational Readiness Team assigned responsibilities while serving as a resource and mentor to others.\nDuring the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience.
