day-to-day WeCheck support tickets (WeCheck is the Network’s internally developed independence check tool)\nEnsure timely resolution of tickets by following established protocols\nMaintain accurate documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps and final resolution\n\n Compliance SupportAssist Country Acceptance Officers (Group) / Acceptance Team (US) with guidance and data collection to ensure adherence to international independence standards\n\nDocumentation & TrackingRecord all support requests, escalations and actions taken in the tracking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness\nMaintain organized documentation to support auditability and process consistency\n\nCross-functional CollaborationWork with global teams across regions and time zones\nLearn to communicate effectively in a multinational, cross-cultural environment\nParticipate in the deployment of the Network independence compliance tool, including testing of new tool functionalities prior to release\n\n Data AnalyticsPerform basic data analysis to support trend identification, recurring issue detection and potential improvements\nAssist with preparing summaries or reports under supervision\n\n Master's degree (Bac+5) and at least 1 year post degree professional experience \nBasic data analysis skills (Excel, trend identification)\nAbility to follow established protocols and
