Impact with your bold ideas and help drive us forward.\n The Senior Project Manager supports the Group General Secretary in driving the Group’s governance agenda, strategic initiatives, and partner engagement.\nThis is a central, transversal role at the heart of the Executive Committee, combining strategic planning, governance coordination, dashboards (Crystal), partner communication, and delivery of key Group initiatives.\nThe role requires a highly structured and autonomous project leader, capable of operating at executive level and ensuring rigorous and fast execution across a complex international organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Governance & GEC support\nSupport the preparation and structuring of GEC agendas and workplans\nContribute to preparation of pre-reads, briefs and executive materials\nMaintain strong governance processes ensuring clarity, accountability and discipline\n2. Strategic planning & transversal projects\nSupport the design, coordination and monitoring of the Group strategic plan\nLead and coordinate transversal Group projects requiring close GEC sponsorship, involving:Multiple geographies\nCross-functional stakeholders\nTight timelines and high execution intensity\n\nEnsure effective coordination across regions, functions and service lines to drive alignment and delivery\nPrepare analysis and reporting for GEC discussions and decision-making\n3. Dashboards & performance monitoring (Crystal)\nLead the development and coordination of Group-level dashboards, including non-financial dashboards\nConsolidate and structure KPIs and performance indicators across the Group\nEnsure data consistency, usability and relevance for decision-making\nProduce regular reporting and actionable insights for the GEC\nWork closely with Finance, regions and support functions to ensure robust data collection and follow-up\n4. Partner & leadership communication\nPrepare high-impact materials (presentations, notes, reports) for executive audiences\nEnsure clarity, consistency and executive-level quality of messaging\n5. Group leadership events (content)\nContribute to the content design and production of key Group leadership events\nSupport the development of core messages, narratives and materials aligned with Group priorities\n6. Stakeholder management\nSupport the definition and execution of stakeholder management strategy for the Group\nMap, engage and coordinate Group leadership teams and senior partners, ensuring alignment on priorities\n7.
