Joining the Technology & Digital Solutions organization means contributing to a mature, impactful transformation, and helping shape what comes next.\n Role purpose, accountabilities, experience, knowledge, and skills\nThis is a permanent role reporting to the T&DS Data Office owner.\nThe T&DS Salesforce Functional Analyst connects with Business team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solution through Salesforce technology application.\nThe role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, strong analytical and project delivery process and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.\nKey responsibilities\nAct a Salesforce technical expert within the Business team.\nEnsures software applications meet technical and functional requirements\nEnsures compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes\nEnsures level 3 support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application (requirement analysis, definition of technical and functional specifications, system configuration, etc.)\nExecutes and manages tests campaign (Integration + No regression test)\nSupport Business team in UAT final test\nWrite application documentation (design document, user guide, specification, tests document, etc.)\nInfluences foster decision-making with the domain of expertise\nLeads application project deployment Release note, MEP, Post MEP controls\nCollects and documents functional requirements from Business Team\nTransforms the requirements into a solution with Third party\nEnsures compliance with T&DS standards\nProposes improvement ideas\nManages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables\nEnsures handover to operation team (Support team).\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
