Managing and reporting on project resources, reporting to the project Stakeholders and Management. Ensuring quality control is executed to standards throughout project life cycles.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nPlan, schedule, track and report weekly on project.\nSupervise project team members and contractors.\nEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and contractors.\nIdentify and manage project dependencies, changes and risks.\nSupport with planning and facilitating effective projects meetings with project team and stakeholders,\nEffectively support with allocation of available resource, material and costing information.\nSupport with budgeting (actual vs forecast).\nAlign on the correct tools and best practices for project management.\nEnsure that projects are completed within the required specifications and standards (civil and technical)\nConduct a pre-Civil Acceptance (CAC) and Hand Over Certificate (HOC) inspection.\nSchedule Civil Acceptance Certificate inspection with projects stakeholders.\nEnsuring that all projects’ documentation and reports are completed and correct.\nPrepare S-build documentation as per standards \nSupport with effective stock management ensuring warehouse is stocked and relevant documentation is in order.\nEnsure that agreements with stakeholders and financial projects are kept confidential\nEnsure that technical teams have all necessary PPE and tools to perform their duties.\nConduct daily risk assessments and toolbox talks.\nSupport any incident investigation and reporting if required.\nSupport with splicing and other diagrams if required, and planning amendments.\nREPORTING TO:\nProject
