and communicate where necessary.\n\nReporting\n\n Capture stock on the system using stock notes submitted\n\n Update Payment List/Schedule\n\n Compile general reports and resolve queries\n\n Communicate with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure the process follows smoothly.\n\nPetty Cash and Credit Card Expenses\n\n Manage daily expenses according to office requirements\n\n Compile monthly reconciliation of expenditure and obtain required signatures for approval.\n\n Get all source documents from the relevant people for credit card purchases.\n\nCreditors management\n\n Follow-up and resolve invoice queries externally and internally\n\n high volume of invoices\n\n Review and action rejected invoices, check supplier statements for overdue/missing invoices.\n\n Communicate with supplier for outstanding invoices and monthly statements.\n\n Oversee and manage the Cape Town Branch.\n\nRequirements\n\n Grade 12\n\n Valid driver's license\n\n 2-year office administration\n\n Computer literacy essential-Microsoft Windows\n\n Financial
