Working under close supervision and in collaboration with senior designers and engineers, this role will help prepare coordinated design and construction documents for new construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate brings foundational knowledge of building systems, strong attention to detail, and an interest in developing practical, code-compliant plumbing solutions.\nA hybrid working arrangement is available for this position.\nWhat You'll Do :\nSupport the design and documentation of plumbing systems for building projects, including domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage, and related systems under the guidance of senior staff.\nDevelop and revise Revit models, plans, details, schedules, and construction documents for MEP and plumbing design deliverables.\ndisciplines to identify and resolve design conflicts.\nAssist with design calculations, equipment and fixture selections, specifications, reports, and other technical documentation.\nResearch applicable plumbing codes, building standards, and industry practices to support project compliance.\nPrepare schematic and design development documents, final contract documents, and record drawings.\nAssist with construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, responses to requests for information, and addendum preparation.\nParticipate in internal quality reviews and incorporate comments accurately and promptly.\nCollaborate with project teams to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support project delivery and team needs.\nWhat You Need to Succeed:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, engineering technology, drafting/design, or a related field\n3-5 years of related design, drafting, or building systems experience.\nCoursework, internship experience, or professional experience supporting MEP or plumbing design.\nWorking knowledge of Revit, with the ability to create and modify models and construction documents.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience producing plumbing design documents in Revit for commercial, institutional, healthcare, or other building projects.\nFamiliarity with BIM coordination and clash-resolution workflows.\nBasic knowledge of plumbing codes, fixture requirements, piping systems, and construction documentation standards.\nExperience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.\nCompensation:\nThe approximate compensation range for this position is $63,701-$80,263 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
