risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on delivery schedules and budgets.\nResolve production, operational, and logistical issues efficiently while maintaining project continuity.\nEnsure all deliverables meet creative, technical, legal, and business requirements before final handover.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in television, film, scripted content, or media production.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within production environments.\nProven experience managing multiple productions simultaneously from development through delivery.\nStrong understanding of the complete production lifecycle, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, and content delivery.\nDemonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and production planning.\nStrong knowledge of production operations, workflows, technical requirements, and industry best practices.\nExcellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.\nExperience managing talent, agents, cast contracts, and production companies is preferred.\nStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProven problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills in fast-paced production environments.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nProficiency in production management systems, budgeting tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.\nFluency in Arabic and English is
