This expertise will be utilised on Digital projects / programmes in a consistent way to ensure the successfully delivery of key Digital Solutions activities across MBDA.\nWorking in the DS PMO core team reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management & PMO each DS PM will be expected to work largely on deployment where durations will vary based on the size and complexity of each project/ programme, the PM will be seconded to Project Delivery Lead or PM deputy whilst on deployment.\nDuties will include:\nCoordinate plans that enable timely delivery of projects whilst handling dependencies with other initiatives\nLead the effective deployment of DS resources within their projects to improve business outcomes\nCollaborate internationally with colleagues in relation to their projects\nEnsure the outcomes required are achieved\nProvides monthly dashboard reports and effectively communicate any changes in scope and expected delivery.\nEffectively handle PMO tools and/or Change Management tools\nRecord and handle any resulting actions and address programme shortfalls where necessary\nFeed into existing governance structures and contribute to additional forums\nEffectively handle Project Management tools and/or Change Management tools\nWhat we're looking for from you:\nBroad background of a major Digital Transformation programmes, specifically project management\nAbility to make decisions, find solutions to problems and have a strategic vision - the ability to see the big picture.\nHigh level of interpersonal, collaborator management and communication skills, tailored at all working levels.\nA great teammate who thrives in dynamic team working environment managing multiple collaborator needs.\nAbility to lead by influence, across a sophisticated fast paced programme and adapt to meet the needs / contribute to the successful delivery of differing Digital Solutions projects/programmes.\nAdopt our shared expectations for how we work together, to deliver objectives, ensuring we all take responsibility for our MBDA culture, performance and delivery to we role-model expected behaviours on a daily basis - and in doing so create a workplace that is fair, respectful and inclusive for all.\nOur company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given\nMBDA is a leading defence organisation.
