You will:\nPossess a versatile skill base with the capability to apply these skills across a range of tasks.\nBe fully conversant with all equipment, tools and measuring instruments associated with the manufacturing cycle.\nEnsure manufacturing build, inspection, and where relevant, inspection times are met.\nCheck and complete all required manufacturing data requirements.\nMaintain to the highest level, workmanship standards and product quality.\nEnsure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing process.\nCertify the product in line with the product certification procedure.\nMaintain product certification and approval via regular audits.\nMaintain a safe working environment.\nMaintain a good housekeeping policy.\nCommunicate best practice to other team members.\nWhat we're looking for from you:\n Qualifications required (all of the below):Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Apprenticeship (Advanced Level or L3 Standard)\nMechanical or Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Level 3 academic qualification (ONC, diploma, etc.)\nMechanical or Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Level 3 vocational qualification (NVQ)\n\nA team player who is able to demonstrate customer focus.\n\nProven planning and organisational skills\n\nFlexible and adaptable approach\n\nOur company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given\nMBDA is a leading defence organisation.
