These span all technologies from PTH boards to complex HDI multilayer, rigid/flexi-rigid, surface mount, impedance matched, RF etc. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills across our broad range of products.\nAs Team Lead, you’ll be working closely with Layout engineers, Program Managers, Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement Teams, developing complex PCB layouts, ensuring the layouts meet the technical requirements (electrical, mechanical, thermal and environmental) and are delivered to agreed schedules. You will lead the team’s engagement with key stakeholders, ensuring clear and strong communication, scheduling work and supporting the team to navigate complex issues. This can entail supporting the management of workload forecasts, reviewing change proposals, working with Technologists and exchanging information used for developing and adapting emerging technologies to meet our high reliability requirements, whilst maintaining a high production yield, delivered on time, on cost, on quality.\nYou’ll also mentor and participate in knowledge sharing with other team members playing an active role in their own and your development.\nShould you wish to be based out of our Bolton site, regular travel to our Stevenage site will be required to meet with our design team, project designers and fulfil your training needs.
