The role is responsible for ensuring full alignment with the Business Management System (BMS), mitigating operational risk, and managing the end-to-end audit and quality process.\nActing as both a regulatory liaison and an internal consultant, the manager transforms complex compliance data into actionable executive insights and drives operational excellence by benchmarking performance and institutionalizing best practices across the international DEX footprint.\nThis role demands a seasoned expert in regulatory compliance and audit management who can seamlessly align complex operational processes with international business management systems. Success requires a blend of stakeholder management excellence to act as a corporate liaison and a strategic mindset to drive benchmarking and best-practice institutionalization across a global footprint. And finally, the expertise in crafting structured decision papers and executive-level presentations is essential to translate governance findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders\nThe Digital Excellence Governance Manager is part of the Digital Excellence Office team. The Digital Excellence Office is responsible to delivery transparency and prepare decisions for the Digital Excellence boards and the senior management.
