As we develop our FM Digital & Data Strategy and multi-year roadmap, we’re looking for a Digital Workplace Project Manager to help turn our ambitions into reality.\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering digital transformation across a complex and evolving estate, introducing smarter ways of working, improving how our systems connect and helping us deliver better experiences for our people.\nSalary: Circa £55-65K depending on experience\nDynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification\nSecurity Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.\nRestrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. \nYou typically need 5 years of continuous UK residency. Not having spent five years in the UK may not automatically disqualify you, but please be aware we cannot guarantee the outcome of the security clearance process and this may impact your ability to work for MBDA; these are processed on a case by case basis.\nWhat we can offer you:\n Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)\n Pension: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%\nOvertime: opportunity for paid overtime\nFlexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days\nFlexible working: We welcome applicants who are looking for flexible working arrangements\nEnhanced parental leave: offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave -enhancements are available for paternity leave, neonatal leave and fertility testing and treatments\nFacilities: Fantastic site facilities including subsidised meals, free car parking and much more…\nHealthcare Cash Plan: The Healthcare Cash Plan benefit provides the option to claim cash back on everyday healthcare expenses such as optical, dental, health and wellbeing and more.\nThe opportunity:\nWorking within our FM Workplace Systems team, you’ll lead and coordinate a range of digital projects that support our wider FM priorities.\nOur digital landscape is evolving, with opportunities spanning workplace technology, FM systems, data and reporting, smart buildings, digital asset information and automation.\nYou’ll be responsible for taking agreed initiatives from concept through to successful delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, technical specialists, suppliers and operational teams.\nSome projects will be delivered individually, while others will run in parallel, requiring effective planning, coordination and management of dependencies.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nLead the end-to-end delivery of assigned digital workplace and FM transformation projects, ensuring agreed objectives, timelines and outcomes are achieved.\nTranslate strategic priorities and roadmap initiatives into clear, structured project delivery plans.\nCoordinate stakeholders, suppliers and specialist resources to ensure projects progress effectively.\nManage project scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and resource requirements.\nWork collaboratively with FM operational teams, systems specialists, IT, Cyber Security and other business functions to support successful implementation.\nSupport the introduction and integration of new digital capabilities, systems and processes.\nEnsure appropriate project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.\nSupport change management, communication, adoption and handover into business-as-usual operations.\nMonitor project outcomes and benefits, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\nProvide delivery insight and feedback to support the ongoing development of the FM Digital Roadmap.\nWhat we're looking for from you:\nWe’re looking for an organised, proactive project professional who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and delivering meaningful change.\nYou’ll ideally bring:\nExperience managing digital transformation, technology-enabled change or business improvement projects.\nStrong project planning, coordination and delivery skills.\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams.\nThe ability to translate business requirements into achievable project plans.\nA good understanding of project governance, risk management, change control and benefits tracking.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different organisational levels.\nA collaborative, adaptable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nAn interest in how technology and data can improve operational performance and workplace experience.\nExperience within Facilities Management, estates, property, workplace technology or integrated business systems would be advantageous, but is not essential.\nA recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent experience, would also be beneficial.\nOur company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given\nMBDA is a leading defence organisation.
