You will be responsible for the test and testability aspects of the missile.\nSalary: Circa £45,000 to £57,000 depending on experience\nDynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification\nSecurity Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.\nRestrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. Whilst working closely with the manufacturing and design teams to ensure the final product is fully testable and to understand/minimise gaps in test coverage.\nTake ownership of the test and testability aspects of the missile.\nGenerate and manage compliance with lower-level test requirements for design teams, including test access needs, BIT coverage/timings, and factory test functionality.\nAnalyse and model our system to determine test coverage and generate diagnostic instructions.\nWork closely with the Chief Design Engineer and Lead Architect to make cost vs test coverage trade-offs\nWhat we're looking for from you:\nDo you have substantial experience of test, electrical or electronic engineering?\n Are you proficient in at least one of the following areas: digital electronics and microprocessor systems, analogue electronics, electronics testing, or test equipment design?\nThe role will require you to have a good understanding of gathering requirements, overseeing projects, creating plans, and managing relationships with key customers.\nOur company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given\nMBDA is a leading defence organisation.
