You will work closely with other service lines within the DEX Networks Function such as Network Security, Network Operations and Network Projects in addition to collaborating closely with other colleagues within the Information Management Area.\nThe ideal candidate will possess ITIL Certification and have experience of working in an ITIL driven environment demonstrating clear understanding of the ITIL Framework and methodology. Awareness and understanding of Telecommunications and ICT products and services would also be beneficial to your undertaking of this role.\nWhat we’re looking for from you:\nCore Skills for this role include;\nITIL Foundation (ideally V3 or above)\nExperience of implementing ITIL Based practises such as (Incident, Change, Problem Management, CSI)\nAwareness and understanding of Project Management Methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and Lean.\nA positive can do attitude, capable of working in high pressure and challenging environments.\nExcellent organisational and problem solving skills.\nTeam player with the ability to motivate others.\nDemonstrating the ability and understanding of ITSM tools, generating service reports and interpreting data.\nDesirable\nDefence or Public Sector Experience.\nSecurity Clearance is required ideally to SC level.\nAbility to travel both within the UK and Europe when required.\nOur company: Peace is not a given, Freedom is not a given, Sovereignty is not a given\nMBDA is a leading defence organisation.
