mail gateway security, security patching, vulnerability assessments, and related security controls.\nBackup & Disaster Recovery: Manage backup policies across virtualization, AIX, and cloud environments; conduct data restoration testing; and support high availability and disaster recovery planning.\nEnterprise Infrastructure Services: Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 email services, web hosting, domain names, SSL certificates, and related infrastructure services.\nProject Implementation: Plan, coordinate, and support infrastructure and application platform projects, including system installation, configuration, implementation, and enhancement.\nMaintenance & Compliance: Coordinate preventive maintenance, maintenance agreements, external vendors, cybersecurity monitoring, and ISO 27001 audit requirements.\nDocumentation & Technical Improvement: Prepare technical documentation and infrastructure diagrams, provide technical guidance to team members, and contribute to infrastructure standards and technology improvements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technical roles.\nKnowledge of enterprise networking, including LAN/WAN, wireless networks, switches, and network troubleshooting.\nHands-on knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and storage technologies such as Windows/Linux, VMware, Nutanix, or AIX.\nUnderstanding of infrastructure security, including firewalls, VPN, Active Directory, Group Policy, and mail gateway systems.\nKnowledge of application hosting environments, web hosting, domain management, and the relationship between applications and underlying infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, or automation technologies is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of monitoring, system availability, performance troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and incident management.\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and make effective decisions under pressure.\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external vendors.\nAbility to provide technical support outside regular working hours or on holidays when
