If you don’t have a sense of humor, don’t apply.\nOverview\nThis Mid-Level Designer will collaborate with other designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to craft the design vision for various types of projects. Demonstrating a comprehensive background across diverse creative disciplines-including graphic design, layout architecture, illustration, typography, photo retouching, AI generation, and design systems-this profile reflects a well-rounded experience of visual communication.\nCentral to this expertise is a strategic focus on designing for social media platforms, seamlessly translating ideas into digital content while maintaining adaptability across additional channels and mediums as required.\nThey are highly motivated and are looking to grow alongside us. Preparing different file sizes for different uses.\nMeet client needs by creating deliverables alongside a team of fellow creatives\nEnsure that clients’ messaging and brands are conveyed effectively, especially through the use of brand guides and design systems\nBe able to apply visual styles across different applications and platforms\nExperiment and explore with different design treatments and mediums\nBrainstorm and collaborate on conceptual solutions\nManage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines\nArticulate design choices to fellow designers, account team members, and art directors\nStay current on graphic design trends and guidelines\nParticipate in the growth of the team\nWhat You’ll Bring\nYou are not a unicorn, you're a creative chimera.
