If you have experience in this area and are ready to contribute to project success, we want to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead and support project risk management assignments from inception through final completion. Responsibilities include:\nLead or support project risk management assignments, in alignment with the full risk management lifecycle.\nSupport development of a risk management plan. \nCoordinate with the project teams and stakeholders to facilitate the identification of risks and develop risk reports and registers, and associated risk response actions.\nFacilitate risk interviews, risk workshops, and regular risk meetings.\nDevelop and utilize a Probability and Impact Matrix to rate each risk on its probability of occurrence and impact on an objective if it does occur.\nPerform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.\nAssist with the prioritization of risks for further analysis.\nIdentify, analyze, track, record and provide guidance with respect to actions to manage and/or mitigate risks.\nAssist construction and project managers to control the risk process by continuously monitoring efforts for new, changing, and outdated risks.\nQualifications\nWho We Are Looking For\nExperience:\nDemonstrated experience in qualitative risk management \nDeveloping project risk management plans\nFacilitating project risk interviews, workshops, and update meetings\nFormulating risk mitigation strategies\nMaintaining project risk register \nDemonstrated familiarity with quantitative risk analysis\nEducation/Knowledge:\nBachelor’s degree in industry-related field, advanced degree preferred\nDetailed knowledge of construction, principles of construction management and project controls\nRecent experience/technical competence in risk identification, analysis and management for projects and programs of similar scope.\nKnowledge of scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, and construction techniques.\n Preferred Certifications:\nAACE Project Risk Management Professional (PRMP)\nPMI Project Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)\nCertified Construction Manager (CCM)\nProfessional Engineer (PE)\nSkills and Abilities:\nDevelop strong relationships with project stakeholders\nExhibit interpersonal and communication skills\nLead a team to complete tasks\nStrong verbal, written and presentation skills\nAbility to apply analytical methods and techniques as they relate to risks\nInitiate, organize and facilitate risk interviews and workshops with diverse subject matter experts\nOrganizational skills to maintain and communicate risk register information.\nDemonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel and other risk register platforms \nPreferred - Demonstrated familiarity with CPM scheduling software applications (e.g. Primavera P6)\nPreferred - Demonstrated familiarity with quantitative risk analysis applications (e.g. @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Risk, Safran Risk, RiskyProject, etc.) \nGuidance/Responsibility:\nAble to work independently, seeking guidance and direction when required\nSupervisory:\nNon-supervisory role\nWhat We Offer:\nWe’re focused on providing the tools and support you need to succeed, both personally and professionally.
