This role offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Do:\nAs a Construction Scheduler & Analyst, you will play a key role in developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules while ensuring contractor compliance and project success. Responsibilities include:\nDevelop and manage project schedules and narratives using production and budget data.\nSupport baseline scheduling during the bid process with estimating and engineering teams.\nUpdate approved schedules and financial reporting tools to reflect work progress and delays.\nAnalyze production progress and identify risks to schedule or budget.\nProvide status reports for weekly and monthly project update meetings.\nReview contractor-submitted baseline and periodic schedule updates.\nMaintain internal project planning schedules and a program master schedule.\nReview and develop time extension requests and post-construction delay analyses.\nCompile and analyze project status reports.\nQualifications\nEducation/Knowledge:\nBachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.\nSkills and Abilities:\nAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills.\nRelationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.\nExpertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.\nProficiency in Primavera P6.\nMicrosoft Office Suite with expert skill level in Excel.\nExperience with vertical and horizontal construction projects.\nSkilled in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.\nWho We Are Looking For\nExperience:\nMinimum 5 years of scheduling experience in construction.\nEducation/Knowledge:\nBachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.\nPreferred Certifications:\nPE\nCCM\nPSP\nPMP\nWhat We Offer:\nWe’re focused on providing the tools and support you need to succeed, both personally and professionally.
