May perform a review of project records, schedules, and as-built construction to evaluate change orders and requests for extension of time. Independently apply techniques and analyze for problems and methods. Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.\nADDITIONAL DUTIES:\nReceive training, participation in company activities, and administrative duties. Other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:\nBachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.\nFE/EIT preferred. Knowledge of engineering principles of construction management and project controls. Knowledge of one of the following services: critical path method scheduling, cost estimating, project budgeting, delay analysis, constructibility and design review, inspections, quantity take-offs. Must possess OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification or obtain within 3 months of hire.\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, CADD, graphics, writing capabilities, and ability to work independently.\nAbility to obtain and maintain industry certifications specific to duties assigned.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports.\nAbility to maintain records and prepare reports and correspondence related to the work.\nAbility to communicate effectively with others.\nAbility to maintain favorable public relations.\nAble to stand and sit as needed on project work sites, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.\nAbility to safely navigate construction work sites with uneven terrain.\nGUIDANCE/RESPONSIBILITY:\nWork is closely supervised.\nSUPERVISORY:\nAbility to supervise assistants in technical/administrative roles.\nSTATUS: Full-time\nThe base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $74,000.00.
