Ensure alignment with Production requirements and Production schedules.\nCollaborate with engineering, production, and HSE teams to prioritise maintenance tasks in line with operational and safety requirements.\nManage work orders, spare parts, and resource allocation through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal maintenance policies.\nMonitor contractor performance and coordinate external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.\nTrack and analyse maintenance KPIs (e.g., equipment availability, mean time between failures, maintenance costs).\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives in reliability, asset management, and maintenance efficiency.\nProvide input into capital projects and equipment upgrades from a maintenance planning perspective.\nKey Result Areas:\nReduction in unplanned downtime and improved equipment reliability.\nTimely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.\nEffective utilisation of resources, spare parts, and contractors.\nCompliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.\nAccurate and timely reporting of maintenance KPIs.
