Knowledge of statistics preferred.\nKnowledge of basic computer skills.\nKnowledge of learning assistance techniques and study skills\nKnowledge of adult learners’ specific educational needs.\nAbility to learn and understand a wide variety of software, hardware and network equipment.\nAbility to communicate and exercise tact, diplomacy and sound judgment in stressful situations, showing area-wide leadership.\nAbility to communicate with individuals with diverse social and academic backgrounds, learning styles and capabilities.\nAbility to promote and maintain initiative and acceptance of responsibility.\nAbility to work well independently.\nAbility to exhibit professionalism and understanding in stressful situations.\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.\nAbility to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and 10 pounds constantly.\nAbility to stoop, kneel, walk, push, lift, and reach.\nAbility to effectively work and interact with various cultures and ethnicities.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor's Degree in Math, Education, or related field.\nOne (1) year of job-related work experience\nEquivalent combination of education and/or job-related work experience considered.\nMust pass background check.\nThe specific statements shown in each section of this description are not intended to be all inclusive.
