The position will work closely with other DAI teams to address opportunities for improvement in the client function’s business intelligence analytics. This role will involve building more advanced BI analytics as well as finding ways to leverage different automation and business intelligence technologies deliver projects and improve the efficiency for the function.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for creating or sustaining new global Analytics products. Must be able to meet with business stakeholders and SMEs, understand the needs of the function, document success criteria and project scope, translate the business needs into technical requirements, and deliver a fully functioning business insight solution in Power BI. \nMaintenance of existing data automation and analytics tools as well as partnering with the function to validate data and partnering with IT to perform UAT testing for new data when necessary. Partner with the data engineering, data science, process automation, and other delivery teams to deliver successful end to end business insight products. \nLeverage Azure Data Lake, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft data software to collect, collate, transform, aggregate, and optimize data sources for business insight needs. \nDevelop and implement UI/UX and BI concepts to incorporate them into projects and recommend areas where they could be leveraged for existing analytics\nSecondary Responsibilities\nAbility to achieve project goals and objectives by using project and time management to bring about successful project completion\nDriven to learn how to use new analytics and automation tools and technologies.\nActively support digital transformation programs led by GBS.\nRequired Qualifications\nLevel of Education and Discipline- 6-8 years in Professional Related Field -Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field\nExperience - functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen- Understanding of enterprise data sources to drive visibility of top losses Familiarity with creating reports using Business Intelligence tools, e.g. SAP Hana and Power BI Comfortable working with structured data. Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems. Learn and execute analytics and automation technologies and improve systems.\nInterpersonal Skills - leadership, interactions, communication, influence- Work closely with fellow analysts, Change Management team, functional Leadership Teams. Maintain a sense of urgency to meeting scheduling plans and customer requirements. Ability to use existing tools and systems to identify and eliminate losses.\nOther Skills and HPO Competencies- General business acumen. Ability to learn and implement new Analytics and automations tools.
