We are looking to hire Business Solution Analyst II to join the team based at Antiguo Cuscatlán, El Salvador . The position is hybrid eligible.

Join McCormick and help drive digital transformation across our North America Branded Flavor Solutions (BFS) business.In this role, you will design, develop, and support analytics, reporting, automation, and digital solutions that enable data-driven decision making for Sales, Marketing, Customer Planning, and Commercial Excellence teams. You'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure-based technologies.
Build and support semantic models, data models, and scalable reporting solutions that integrate data from multiple sources.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that support commercial decision-making and process optimization.
Ensure solutions meet governance, security, documentation, scalability, and support standards.
Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver business value and drive user adoption.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience developing analytics, reporting, automation, or business application solutions.
Strong Power BI experience, including semantic models, data modeling, governance, and enterprise reporting environments.
Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms.
SQL, PySpark, or other data integration and transformation technologies.
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Planning, Revenue Management, or Commercial Excellence teams.
