You'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain enterprise analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure-based technologies.\nBuild and support semantic models, data models, and scalable reporting solutions that integrate data from multiple sources.\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions that support commercial decision-making and process optimization.\nEnsure solutions meet governance, security, documentation, scalability, and support standards.\nSupport testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.\nCollaborate within Agile teams to deliver business value and drive user adoption.\nRequired Qualifications\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience developing analytics, reporting, automation, or business application solutions.\nStrong Power BI experience, including semantic models, data modeling, governance, and enterprise reporting environments.\nExperience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, or similar modern data platforms.\nSQL, PySpark, or other data integration and transformation technologies.\nExperience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Planning, Revenue Management, or Commercial Excellence teams.\nMcCormick & Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
