This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, the Global Recognition Center of Excellence, the Wellbeing team, and functional leaders to design, launch, and refine programs that elevate employee engagement, reinforce our values, and drive measurable impact. The Lead is a key member of the Global Organizational Effectiveness team and reports to the Director, Wellbeing and Employee Experience.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport the design, launch, and ongoing delivery of global recognition programs, including the C.P. McCormick Award, Impact Award, and Bravo platform campaigns.\n\nPartner with global and regional stakeholders to create engaging recognition experiences for employees.\n\nDefine success measures, gather feedback, analyze participation data, and recommend program improvements.\n\nHelp coordinate global wellbeing initiatives, including World Wellbeing Week campaigns, digital wellbeing solutions, and Employee Assistance Program communications.\n\nMaintain centralized calendars for recognition and wellbeing activities, track progress, and prepare reports, dashboards, and governance materials.\n\nSupport management of program budgets and collaborate with Finance and external partners as needed.\n\nDevelop clear, engaging communications, presentations, and supporting materials for employees and leaders.\n\nProvide project support for broader Employee Experience and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives.\n\nCandidate Profile\nBachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.\n\nSolid experience in HR, employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, or a related field within a global corporate environment.\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\n\nExcellent organizational and project management abilities.\n\nExperience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.\n\nAbility to analyze data, identify insights, and translate them into practical program improvements.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n\nHigh attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a changing environment.\n\nStrong relationship-building and consulting skills with a client-focused mindset.\n\nExperience in employee experience or employee engagement roles within a corporate setting.\n\nDemonstrated success designing and delivering programs across multiple regions and cultures.\n\nBasic understanding of change management principles.\n\nFamiliarity with event planning tools and employee recognition platforms.\n\nAgencies: McCormick as needed will work with external recruitment vendors through our Agency Portal.
