The role combines commercial finance business partnering with FP&A activities, supporting profitable growth, pricing, customer and product profitability, forecasting and business performance management.\nThe role works closely with Commercial, Pricing, Key Account Management, R&D and Commercialization teams to translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with Commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to support sound, value-creating business decisions.\nProvide financial analysis and insight on customer, product, channel and innovation profitability.\nSupport pricing decisions, including assessment of margin impact and profitability risks.\nChallenge assumptions and provide recommendations to protect and improve company profitability.\nSupport financial evaluation of commercial initiatives, customer proposals and business cases.\nSupport annual budget, forecast and month-end closing processes.\nMonitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate timely insights to stakeholders.\nDevelop clear, accurate and actionable financial reports and performance dashboards.\nSupport continuous improvement of financial planning, reporting and analysis processes.\nMaintain and further develop Power BI reporting and dashboards.\nEnsure the quality, consistency and effective use of financial and commercial data.\nUse Excel and Power BI to analyse trends, model scenarios and support decision-making.\nSupport improvements in reporting automation and data visualization.\nCandidates Profile:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.\nSeveral years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Financial Controlling or Finance Business Partnering.\nDemonstrated experience supporting commercial decision-making and profitability analysis.\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial performance management and variance analysis.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modelling and data analysis.\nStrong Power BI capability, including creation, maintenance and updating of reports and dashboards.\nProfessional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.#LI-DNI \n\nCompensation: starting from € 39 000 per year: STARTING SALARY* \nFinal salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.\nEligible roles may also participate in one of McCormick’s Bonus Plans.
