This position will provide a meaningful opportunity to learn the ‘nuts & bolts’ aspect of finance and fiscal responsibility.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nClarifying study objectives\nIdentifying appropriate research methodologies\nSurvey design\nField management and back-end analysis\nResults interpretation\nReporting out to business teams\nSummer long project dedicated to evolving our existing consumer insight portal (i.e., electronic library) such that we evolve into more strategic, action-oriented tool that broader organization can leverage, while at same time, providing intern with learning opportunity to grasp full scope of work activities that reside with consumer insights function\nCandidates should have strong desire to learn various skillsets associated with consumer insights function and be flexible and open to all assignments.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCurrent enrollment as an undergraduate college Junior for the 2026 - 2027 school year\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business or Finance\nMinimum GPA of 3.0 or higher within major\nExcellent communication skills (oral & written) for on-going contact with internal customers\nStrong analytic orientation, capable of performing data analysis and creating stories out of data sets\nAbility to work independently, learn new tasks, solve problems, and show strong self-motivation and initiative\nDemonstrated organization and planning skills with ability to handle details\nStrong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\nAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment\nMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
