Business Partner working towards company goals by providing financial analyses and reports for management. Assist with the interactions between the cost center owners and the LATAM business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalysis of spend/CAPEX execution.\nA/P inquiries to reconcile posting.\nMonthly Close procedures including reporting.\nCoordination and support for budgeting/forecasting and analysis and reporting of trends.\nCAPEX workflows elaboration and follow up.\nValidation and tracking of cost optimization projects.\nProject participation and ad hoc analysis.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.\n1+ years’ financial analysis experience required, preferably in food or CPG/FMCG industries.\nKnowledge of financial accounting standards, preferred.\nSystems knowledge in Excel required, and SAP preferred.\nGood understanding of how the team integrates with other functions.\nGood business partner sense.\nAbility to work independently and apply judgement.\nAble to work across functions, see from others points of views.\nAbility to meet strict monthly deadlines and work under pressure and ask for help with prioritization when needed.\nOperates and communicates effectively across multiple functions.\nStrong analytical, communication and organization skills.\nCritical Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques.\nCustomer service focus.\nIntermediate-advanced English (spoken and written).\nMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
