This position is responsible for handling medium to complex HR data reporting, large-scale global mass uploads (including global ASR loads), and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements. The Global HR Data Analyst II will execute end-to-end OM data initiatives, including managing the accuracy and consistency ofthe global organizational hierarchy within SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC) and SAP HCM.\nIn addition, this role will collaborate with global HR Business Partners and Managers, providing guidance on HR data and OM processes and offering professional executive support through a dedicated communication channel. The Global HR Data Analyst II will be instrumental in contributing to projects, managing cyclical events, and ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day tasks. By identifying key dependencies, this role will proactively enhance the customer service experience for employee inquiries. The Global HR Data Analyst II will also drive process improvements, provide insights for continuous service enhancement.\nAdditionally, this role will support junior team members, helping them increase their independence and contributing to the training and onboarding of new employees.\nAccountable for ensuring data quality and consistency, this role will also be responsible for compliance and control measures (including SOX), providing consistent customer service, and ensuring that global HR data standards are met.\nResponsibilities\nCreate and deliver medium to complex global HR reports, ensuring accurate and high-quality data for stakeholders.\nManage high-volume HR data uploads, including ASR loads, to ensure accurate and seamless data integration.\nSupport internal and external audits by preparing HR data, resolving findings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and SOX requirements.\nMaintain Organizational Management data, including global organizational hierarchies, position management, and employee data integrity in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.\nReconcile HR data across global systems, identify discrepancies, and resolve data-quality issues.\nMonitor OM data replication failures daily, perform corrective actions, and recommend preventive improvements.\nDevelop validation reports and controls to proactively monitor data quality and governance.\nSupport organizational design initiatives and advise stakeholders on HR data impacts and system configuration.\nParticipate in configuration, integration, data-mapping, and user-acceptance testing.\nSupport knowledge sharing, onboarding, and development of junior team members.\nCandidates profile\nExperience in data management within a multinational organization.\nExperience processing high volumes of HR data across multiple countries.\nStrong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM, Organizational Management, HR reporting, and mass data uploads.\nProven experience in complex global HR reporting, data quality checks, and large-scale HR systems environments.\nKnowledge of global HR processes, organizational design, and OM data management.\nExperience supporting audits, compliance activities, and resolution of audit findings.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and provide data-driven recommendations.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including data comparison and validation techniques; macro experience is an advantage.\nStrong communication, stakeholder-management, project-management, and customer-service skills.\nFluent English.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\nExperience with data visualization and analytics tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.\nAdditional language skills.\nExperience in project and change management\nAgencies: McCormick as needed will work with external recruitment vendors through our Agency Portal.
