You will also play a key role in continuous improvement, process optimization and technology-enabled solutions, including AI and automation.\nKey responsibilities\nLead daily H2R service delivery for assigned global processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.\nManage team performance against KPIs, governance standards and agreed service expectations.\nEnsure compliance with corporate guidelines, HR policies, local regulations and relevant controls.\nLead, coach and develop a multicultural team of Solution Center Specialists and Analysts.\nSet clear goals, manage capacity and foster accountability, collaboration and inclusion.\nAct as an escalation point for complex operational issues and ensure appropriate follow-up and root cause analysis.\nPartner with HR Business Partners, Solution Owners and H2R peers to support local needs while maintaining global process consistency.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, AI and automation.\nSupport projects, service transitions, geographic expansion and implementation of new services.\nCandidate profile\n Experience delivering H2R services in an SSC or BPO model, ideally in a regional or global environment.\nExperience leading, coordinating or developing teams.\nExperience working with ticketing tools and managing service delivery against KPIs.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse, virtual and multicultural teams.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.\nExperience with process optimization, audits, governance frameworks and continuous improvement.\nAbility to manage complex escalations and drive problem resolution.\nFluent English and Polish\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, project and change management skills.\nPreferred qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.\nRelevant HR certification, where applicable.\nExperience with HR transitions or new service implementation.\nProcess Management or Project Management certification.\nTechnical proficiency in HR systems and tools, such as SuccessFactors.\nExperience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.\nAdditional languages are an advantage.\nCompensation: starting from PLN 152850 per year.\nFinal salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.\nMcCormick ensures compensation is determined in line with the principle of equal pay for work of equal value, regardless of gender.\nMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
