This individual contributor role independently manages employee inquiries of moderate complexity, resolves escalations, supports employee lifecycle processes, and partners with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent employee experience.\nThe successful candidate brings strong customer service, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset.\nKey responsibilities\nRespond to employee and customer inquiries using HR technology, administrative systems, processes, and tools.\nDocument service requests accurately and ensure timely, high-quality resolution in line with service standards and KPIs.\nManage employee lifecycle administration with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to applicable controls and compliance requirements, including SOX where applicable.\nIndependently resolve simple and moderate escalations; collaborate with peers and leaders on more complex matters.\nConduct follow-up with employees and stakeholders to ensure cases are fully resolved and documented.\nPartner with HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, HR Technology, and other teams to coordinate service delivery.\nSupport annual, quarterly, and monthly HR cycles and assigned projects.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and service delivery.\nTrain and support new team members, share process knowledge, and help build capability across the Solutions Center team.\nCandidate profile\nExperience in customer service, contact center, shared services, or related field.\nExperience supporting HR processes or employee services is preferred.\nExperience participating in projects or project teams.\nStrong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.\nHigh attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.\nCustomer-focused mindset, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement.\nFamiliarity with HR systems, self-service tools, and case-management or contact-center technology is preferred.\nEnglish proficiency required.\nOther European language knowledge is an advantage.\nCompensation: starting from PLN 79,000.00 per year STARTING SALARY\nFinal salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.\nEligible roles may also participate in one of McCormick’s Bonus Plans.
