This role assists with implementing Indirect Procurement category strategies by translating them into operational activities and providing day-to-day support to Category Managers and Procurement Managers.\nThe Tactical Buyer is also responsible for non-strategic sourcing projects within selected categories, including Capex, MRO, and Real Estate Management.\nMain Responsibilities\nManage non-strategic sourcing activities\nSupport tail spend management\nMaintain and manage catalog content\nConduct data analysis and prepare reports\nProvide initial support in resolving supplier issues and escalate where appropriate\nMonitor supplier and procurement process performance\nReview Purchase Requisitions within agreed approval thresholds\nOccasionally deputize for Category Managers\nCandidate Profile\nSolid experience in an international work environment\nPrevious experience in procurement and sourcing\nPractical, proven experience participating in sourcing project teams, either as a team member or project lead\nBachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degree\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nNegotiation skills\nCollaborative team player\nFlexible, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to change\nAbility to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels\nProven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nFluent English (both written and spoken) \nNice to Have#LI-DNI\nExperience with SAP MM; working knowledge of SAP Ariba would be an asset\nFrench language skills\nExperience in Capex, MRO, Real Estate Management, and/or indirect procurement\nCompensation: starting from PLN gross 9250 per month STARTING SALARY\nFinal salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.\nEligible roles may also participate in one of McCormick’s Bonus Plans.
