We are proud to be awarded as a Top 50 company for diversity and have multiple most sustainable company awards (including #6 global ranking)\n\nPosition Overview:\nWorking in our manufacturing environment, you will:\nSupply and operate production lines\n\nAssist in change overs and complete required checklists\n\nParticipate in our Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives\n\nTrouble shoot equipment issues and escalate when needed\n\nMake suggestions for line improvements\n\nWork safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures\n\nQualifications:\nOSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing\n\nAbility to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively\n\nAbility to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment\n\nAbility to identify work in process and packaging material problem\n\nPossess strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills\n\nCapability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift\n\nSAP knowledge would be considered an asset\n\nIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the hourly rate for this position is $21.23 + $1.50 shift differential\nBase salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
