Flexibility with shift hours is required\nAbility to work up to heights of 45 ft. on material handling equipment required\nDemonstrated knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office\nCandidate must have knowledge of Planned Maintenance practices\nDemonstrated process improvement ability and leadership\nMust be able to successfully work individually and as part of a team\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years related experience\nMinimum of one year experience supervising employees in a manufacturing / production / industrial environment\nMinimum of one year experience leading others through a project(s) or initiative(s)\nDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work across functions and interact with all levels of the organization\nExcellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities to assess risk\nDemonstrated understanding of the financial impact of business decisions effecting staffing, product components and inventory\nExperience successfully leading large teams to support business initiatives\nDemonstrated ability to be a dynamic self-starter, work independently and apply sound judgment to solve complex problems with incomplete and/or ambiguous information required and to proactively initiate action steps\nExperience successfully handling multiple projects at once and working under pressure\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues\nExcellent communication and organization skills\nAbility to propose and implement improvements to systems, methods of work and analysis methods and contribute to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to the business requirements.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience in food processing\nExperience in plumbing, millwright and carpentry\nWelding experience including certification in basic welding preferred\nPLC and Industrial electrical experience desired\nRobotic and Conventional Palletizer experience desired\nDense phase pneumatic conveying experience desired\nHands on experience with new equipment installation is desirable\nExperience with boiler, chillers, air compressors is desirable\nTrade school, certificate or apprenticeship in industrial maintenance preferred.\nExperience in food processing equipment desirable\nAbility to read to read and interpret electrical schematics and relay logic preferred. \nMcCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
