Are you up for the challenge?\n\nPay Range: $20 - $22\nPLEASE NOTE : Candidates who require visa sponsorship for employment now or in the future will not be considered for this position.\nJoin McCormick’s 10-week Summer Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in Customer Marketing within our Branded Foodservice business. Based in Hunt Valley, MD, this internship offers college students the opportunity to work within our Customer Marketing team, supporting strategic initiatives for distributor customers, broker support, and communication.\nDuring your internship, you’ll learn the structure and dynamics of the foodservice channel, including its value chain and customer segments. You’ll gain experience pulling and analyzing insights from syndicated research suppliers such as Technomic and Datassential, and learn how to apply those insights to solve customer problems and drive incremental product demand. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and support customer presentations, execute promotional campaigns, and align customer-specific strategies with McCormick’s Branded Foodservice portfolio.\nIn addition to working on real business challenges, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Culinary, Brand, and Finance, and participate in intern networking events, executive meetups, and community service activities.\nWe’re looking for a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a curiosity to challenge the status quo. Are you ready to make an impact?\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development of customer presentations and selling stories tailored to foodservice operators. \nAssist in executing customer-specific marketing initiatives, including campaign planning and performance tracking. \nAnalyze syndicated research (e.g., Technomic, Datassential) to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Culinary, Brand, and Finance to support integrated marketing efforts. \nParticipate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned. \nMinimum Requirements:\nCurrently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program with degree completion between December 2026 - June 2027 \nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field \nMinimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher \nStrong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems \nMust be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment \nExcellent interpersonal and relationship management skills \nAbility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization \nNext Steps?
